Description
Koplactylate is a multifunctional non-ionic secondary surfactant. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a mild odor. Derived from lauryl alcohol and lactic acid, it combines surfactant performance with emollient contribution.
It functions as a co-surfactant in cleansing systems, improves foam quality and stability, reduces surface tension, and supports effective CMC reduction of primary surfactants. It also contributes to viscosity stabilization and enhanced skin feel.
Sulfate-free, salt-free and nitrogen-free, Koplactylate can be formulated via cold process in surfactant systems.
